Taljaard Uaputauka
Taljaard Uaputauka is an education, technology and career-development practitioner whose professional background spans teaching, management, educational technology, data analysis, artificial intelligence, responsible AI, youth development and learner support.
He holds an Advanced Diploma in Management and a Basic Education Teacher Diploma, supported by further professional development in artificial intelligence, data analysis, digital education and business-intelligence technologies.
His coaching background includes certified training in life coaching, transformation coaching and cognitive-behavioural coaching approaches. These disciplines contribute to CareerPath's emphasis on structured reflection, goal setting, self-discovery and informed decision-making.
CareerPath Namibia was developed to help learners understand their interests, explore realistic career possibilities, make informed subject and study choices, identify education and training pathways, and connect those pathways to institutions, funding information and appropriate professional guidance.
Governance approach
CareerPath Namibia separates career-fit guidance from formal admission eligibility, publishes its methodological limitations, identifies information sources where possible, and includes professional review and referral mechanisms for learners who require additional individual guidance.
CareerPath is intended to support educational decision-making. It does not replace professional psychological assessment, institutional admission decisions or official funding-provider requirements.
